Coffee bean grinding degree: different coffee appliances with different grinding degrees
The coarseness of the coffee bean grind directly affects the taste of a cup of coffee. For example, when we make hand brewed coffee, if the grind is too fine, too much contact between water and coffee powder surface, too many impurities and bitterness will be extracted. But grinding too coarse, the water powder contact is not enough, you can not brew the aroma of coffee.
Different brewing utensils also have different grind levels, so use the right grind to get a good tasting coffee. Simply put, coffee bean grind can be subdivided from coarse to 5 grinds, with different brewing utensils.
